Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and request.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email—what should I do?
Check spam/junk/promotions first. If it’s still missing, email us with the checkout email address and your order details.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account helps you track orders and save shipping details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment options are shown at checkout and may vary by region.
Do you offer discount codes?
Promotions may be offered occasionally. Unless stated otherwise:
- One code per order
- Codes can’t be applied after an order is placed

How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship after processing (see our Shipping Policy). Delivery time depends on location and the shipping method available at checkout.
How can I track my order?
After shipment, you’ll receive a tracking email (if tracking is provided). Updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to many regions. If your destination isn’t available at checkout, contact support.
Will I need to pay duties or customs fees?
International orders may be charged duties/taxes by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
My order is delayed—what should I do?
Delays can occur due to carriers, weather, or customs. Email us your order number and we’ll assist.
Tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Check around your delivery area, with neighbors/household members, or your building front desk. If still missing, contact the carrier; you can also email us and we’ll help where possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused/uninstalled and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for posting (provider-dependent).

How should I care for my clothing?
We recommend following the care instructions on the product label to maintain quality and longevity.
Is there an odor when first opened?
Some items may have a mild odor initially. Air out in a ventilated area for 24–72 hours.
Will colors/sizes match photos exactly?
We aim for accurate display, but lighting/screen settings can cause slight color differences. Manual measurement may also result in small size variances. Always check listed dimensions if fit is critical.
